What is Banner & Oak’s return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Banner & Oak products. Please mail returns within 30 days of placing your order. All returned products must be returned in unused condition.

We offer free domestic exchanges and easy returns of merchandise. For an exchange, contact us and we will email you a printable shipping label to use as paid postage on the return. After we receive your return we will ship the new items.

How are Banner & Oak hats sized?

All Banner & Oak hats are one size fits all. The closure is adjustable to fit a head circumference from 56-59cm.

What are the care instructions for my Banner & Oak hat and shirt?

We recommend that you hand wash all Banner & Oak products at cold temperature and dry flat. This will prevent shrinkage and prolong the life of your garment. Care instructions are also listed on the shirt’s interior product tag.

All Standard Shipping orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. All Standard Shipping packages will be shipped via UPS Surepost.

How do I change or cancel my order?
